We collect your full name, address, state, zip code, and email address from our customers for record filling purposes. We do not share this information with any third party with the exception of our payment processor, Paypal. Ownage Game Servers will not sell, release, or distribute personal information without your consent. We will only contact you for billing, specials, and announcements.

All users of any of Ownage Servers' services, under 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

All users under the age of 13 years of age must have their parent or legal guardian, fill out the Ownage Servers order form. Ownage Servers will not collect any personal information from any user under the age of 13 due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Process to review and request changes to stored personally identifiable information.

At any time, customers (and anyone who has created an account in our system) may change their last or first name, email address, or remove you their account entirely by emailing us at sales@ownageservers.com, from the registered email address of their account.

Changes to this privacy policy will be posted here and emailed directly to each individual's registered email address in our system.
